SASS Seasonal Poetry Circles happen approximately four times per year, and have developed into a deeply meaningful afternoon of sharing, connection and celebration of expression through the written word. All events are free and open to the public.

Join us for an afternoon of poetry, sharing, collaboration and enjoyment, facilitated by local author, “Panhead Rod” Hatter, co-host of KXCR 90.7’s Poet Society Show.
Poetry Circles feature “in the round” seating for a more intimate and informal experience. It’s your chance to share work and practice reading aloud to a supportive community, without feeling the pressure of being “on stage”. Stick around afterwards for some light refreshments and socializing.
We also welcome audience members and aspiring authors! Get a chance to meet the writers, ask them more about their craft, get feedback on a project, or do some networking.
