Commissions provide current examples of what "Art and Healing", Expressive, Visionary and Culturally Relevant artworks look like.
It's a source of inspiration for those working in our Studio space who are starting or continuing their own journey, or seeking ways to develop and enrich their technical skills and their expressive vocabulary.
The SASS Gallery is a place for new and emerging artists to showcase and sell their work locally. Some of our works are from artists got their start in our Studio Workshop!. It's both a networking and an exhibition hub for Central Oregon Coast artists.
It provides a "value-added" experience for those who are booking our Studio Space for community and private events.
It's an integral part of the Florence arts and cultural scene, which supports the local economy, serves the Siuslaw region and is a tourism destination for hundreds of visitors to the Central Coast region each year.
It's important to us to express and share our goals for the Gallery. We work to get your art noticed and sold, of course, and we regularly engage in advertising locally as well as regionally and online.

When you consign artwork to our Gallery, you also become part of a thriving network of Studio artists, students, tourists, returning visitors, community stakeholders and supporters who all believe in the power of the arts for healing, personal growth, inspiration, and connection. This relationship is one of mutual appreciation and support- in fact, some of our best customers are other creative folks!
For those who are not familiar with the art gallery process, we also work with you on artwork selection, getting your pieces ready for exhibition, options for displaying and showcasing your work, and marketing it to viewers and potential buyers.
