MOI YOGA with CHRISI
Mondays

Yoga with Christi Krug. Christi has been instructing yoga for eleven years, teaching creative arts for 30 years, and developing a contemplative-meditation practice all of her adult life.
Her yoga classes integrate these elements with gentle physical instruction, recognizing that each body is uniquely designed. She is trained in Kripalu yoga which emphasizes breathing and awareness, helping students tap into the wisdom of their own bodies.

Unlike other Paint and Sip events that have you copying the same picture as the teacher’s, this monthly paint night focuses on bringing out your “inner artist”, using fun and relaxing basic techniques anyone can learn.
